Frequently Asked Questions
Here are my answers to the questions I'm most often asked by people wishing to 1) purchase sheet music, 2) sign up for trumpet/music lessons, 3) commission a piece for their band/orchestra, or 4) hire me to score a film. How do I go about purchasing sheet music?
Starting 8/1/2022, you will only be able to purchase my sheet music from my Miller Music Creations web store. You will be unable to download/redownload products purchased here after that date. Check out the website here!

Can I purchase multiple items at once?
Yes. You are able to add multiple items to your cart before you go to complete your purchase.

What does my purchase get me? When will I receive my product?
All products are offered as digital files, sent to you as a PDF or ZIP folder, depending on the individual product. You will receive:

A single copy of all parts
As soon as an online payment (e.g. credit card or PayPal payment) is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link.

Can I purchase individual parts?
No. Purchasing a product grants you permission to make any necessary copies for your ensemble.

Do I need to purchase a license to perform your sheet music? Can I make copies?
Each product's page lists what you are and are not allowed to do. Upon purchase, you may make as many copies as you need for your ensemble, charge for a performance, and upload archival copies of your performance onto YouTube/Vimeo/etc. without the need of additional licensing or royalties.

Can I pay by debit/credit card?
Yes! When you click on the "Buy Now" button, you are given the option to pay with PayPal OR debit/credit card. The choice is yours!

Can I get a refund or return items?
No refunds/returns will be processed for digital items.

You teach music lessons. Where can I sign up for some?
I provide lessons in person and online, payable on a weekly or monthly basis. Send me a message via my contact form to start discussing options. People under 18 should get a parent/guardian's permission before signing up for lessons.
Lessons run $50/hr or $30 for 30 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: I am no longer accepting new students at this time unless you have been referred to me by one of my current students.

How do I commission a piece for my band/orchestra?
Simply send me a message through my Contact form. Please provide me with alternative means of contacting you, as email is not always reliable, and (if you're a elementary/high school band director) school emails can sometimes be very temperamental with outside correspondence.

I'm a film director in need of a music score. How do I get in touch?
Contact me via my Contact form. If you're just looking for stock music, I have a wide selection of stock music available (upon request).

I have a YouTube channel, and I'm looking for new music. How much will that cost me?
Currently, due to my schedule, I'm unable to complete YouTube intro/outro music at this time. If, however, you are an independent filmmaker looking for me to score your project, please reach out through my Contact Form.
